Do you ship internationally?

No, we cannot ship surfboards internationally. We are bound by distribution agreements that only allow us to ship within Australia.

Why are some boards available for immediate shipping and others take more time?

If we have the size and fin combination shown in stock already, then we are able to ship that board out on the following business day. If we don't have the size you are after in stock then we will manufacture that board for you in the time frame shown. Please note that if you select artwork to go on your board then the below manufacturing times apply.

If I add a spray/artwork to my board, will it take longer to make?

If you are looking to add a spray to your new Pyzel surfboard, that means that we will need to manufacture the board for you. This means we will be unable to ship your board with artwork the following business day, even if that message displays on the site. It will take approximately an extra 3 weeks in manufacturing to allow for the artwork to be completed. See below for a list of timeframes;

  • Pyzel Surfboard (in-stock): Next business day
  • Pyzel Surfboard (made to order PU): 6-8weeks
  • Pyzel Surfboard (made to order EPS): 12-14weeks
    What happens if my board is damaged in freight?

    In the very rare event that your board is damaged after all of the loving care that we have shown it, then we either repair the damage so that the board is as new, or we replace it with a new board!

    My board has arrived damaged, who do I speak to?

    Bummer! Don't fret though, we will get it sorted for you! Please email support@pyzelsurf.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the damage on the board and the box it came in and we will get you surfing in no time.

    How do I know when my board has been shipped and how do I track the delivery?

    You will get a shipping notification with tracking details once the board has been shipped from our warehouse. Follow the tracking link provided to track your shipment.
