Hey crew! Use the table below as your guide for placing orders in time for Christmas delivery. Holiday season gets busy, and while we do everything we can to get your orders out on time, some factors are beyond our control - so it pays to plan ahead. Any questions or need guidance? Please note: Place your order by 9 AM NSW on your local cut-off day.

East Coast [NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT]

  • $10 - Cart under $70
  • Free Shipping - Over $70 (excluding boardbags, softboards, surfboards)
  • Bulky Item Shipping (boardbags, softboards, surfboards) - $50
  • Board Safe Shipping - $99.95 

Other [WA/NT/SA/TAS]

  • $10 - Cart under $70
  • Free Shipping - Over $70 (excluding boardbags, softboards, surfboards)
  • Bulky Item Shipping (boardbags, softboards, surfboards) - $80
  • Board Safe Shipping - $129.95 

Orders placed on our online store will be shipped within 2-4 business days.

International orders

We currently DO NOT offer shipping internationally.

  • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

  • We don’t deliver orders on Sundays or holidays.

  • You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been processed.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

  • Orders are unable to be collected from our warehouse.
